I'm a practicing physician with over 30 years of medical experience. Early in my career, I was on the conventional surgical training pathway, but I realized something: I was more passionate about prevention and metabolic health than procedures.

Weight loss, brain energy optimization, and metabolic medicine fascinated me far more than the operating room. So I transitioned to research and metabolic medicine, dedicating years to studying therapeutic ketosis, brain energy metabolism, and nutritional interventions.
